With 30+ years of IT leadership experience, I specialize in driving revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, and enabling organizations to scale through technology. I’ve built and led high-performing professional services organizations, transforming underperforming teams into profit-generating engines. As a strategic partner to sales and product teams, I’ve developed and executed go-to-market strategies that have driven 20-25% YoY growth and secured top-tier vendor partnerships, achieving Citrix Partner of the Year in 2018 & 2019 and serving on VMWare’s Partner Technical Advisory Board (PTAB) for several years.

Now, as the founder of Sabarese Strategic Technology, I bring my expertise to organizations seeking executive-level technology leadership without the full-time commitment. Whether optimizing IT operations, enhancing service profitability, or aligning technology with business objectives, I provide the strategic guidance and hands-on execution needed to drive measurable results.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mountain biking, hiking, weight training, and cooking at home. I believe in the discipline and problem-solving mindset that both fitness and technology leadership require—balancing strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
